Buchanania lazan (priyala)

All the Brihat Trayi texts have quoted its therapeutic utility and is used as tonic and Vrishya in Ayurveda.

Botanical Description – This tree grows upto 40-50 ft height bearing white flowers.

Major Chemical Constituents– Kaempferol

Part Used– Stem bark, seed

Dosage– Bark decoction 50-100 ml; seed powder 10-20g.
